Re: "Duplicate Check" button not available in Change Request screen

I am bit late:-) It is indeed possible to trigger the duplicate check at different steps of Change Request, like during creation,Processing,Approving,Revision etc..for that you have to do the customization settings as mentioned in the below attachment
